Here is an interesting article that involves the use of cell phones to order food from fine dining restaurants. the article points out another way that an already existing technology can be modified to better suit the customers needs, and in this case it has actually promoted awareness of the restaurant. i think other fine dining establishments should seriously consider implementing this style of service.

  1. Me as being a user of some of these apps is it a great way fro bisnesses to get ot there. with the new andriod phones that are coming out today these apps are only a finger tip away because most of these phones a mimicking the Iphone so this is very convieniant

  2. Yeah, I agree with this idea too, sometimes im just sitting home and like to get take out. Being able to get a menu send to your phone through a text message, and being able to place the order right there is a great idea. It definately benefits the take out and deliver side of the business. This is something I would consider when I open my own place.
