This certification will allow us to grow dinePoint(TM) within the Dinerware dealer community via our Sales Partner Program, which is a good opportunity for us," said David Hwang, Managed Data Group CEO.

"Dinerware uses Microsoft SQL as its database. This allows restaurateurs to select third-party products that are appropriate for their business," said Jeff Riley, Dinerware CEO. 1. Personally I don’t have much experience with P.O.S systems, mainly because I work in the back-of-the-house of restaurants. However I have heard that they can be annoyingly complicated at times, especially when dealing with voids or comps. I can see this DinePoint system becoming a very widely used tool in fine dining restaurants. It would seem to be an all-in-one tool for anything a restaurant owner would need to efficiently run a business. Because it is web based it has the added convenience of being able to be operated from outside the establishment; meaning, managers could enjoy more time at home with there families as they finish the days work. I will probably mention this software to my chef when I return to work in the spring.
